The Surveyor will play a pivotal role in the delivery of best-in-class commercial property management services to a prestigious national occupier account. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute surveyor with a strong estates management background, and key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining a trusted client relationship, working closely with client advisors to deliver a seamless, high-quality end-to-end service
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operational performance across a portfolio of allocated sites
- Driving efficient and cost-effective management of the client's property portfolio, identifying opportunities to add value
- Providing thorough, accurate and timely advice β proactively drawing on wider team expertise where needed
