This role puts you at the heart of shaping how towns, city centres and communities evolve across the Midlands and beyond. Join a marketâleading development and planning team delivering complex brownfield and strategic regeneration schemesâfrom town centre redevelopments to garden settlements.
Youâll get to advise on landmark projects across the Midlands and Southwest, with scope to support work in the South East and London. This role offers real impact and visibilityâyour advice will directly shape delivery strategies, land use planning, and development agreements. Youâll work with both public and private sector clients, in a hybrid, supportive environment that values progression, collaboration, and highâquality thinking.
Youâll be part of a nationally recognised team known for shaping major regeneration schemes across the UK; they are collaborative, commercially driven, and deeply committed to delivering positive change through intelligent land use and sustainable placemaking.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on strategy and disposal of complex development sites, especially brownfield and regeneration projects.
- Contribute commercial insights into masterplanning, feasibility, and delivery strategy development.
- Produce appraisals, viability reports, and support procurement of development agreements and partnerships.
- RICS qualified (or working towards this) with experience in development, regeneration, or planning advisory work.
- Technical ability for development appraisals and site strategy.
- Interest in working with complex sites or regeneration projects.
