We are seeking an experienced freelance Project Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a technically complex, HTM-compliant healthcare fit-out project in Essex. The scheme includes MRI, CT and X-ray environments, medical gases, radiation shielding and M&E systems, coordinating with several specialist consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day delivery, programme, quality, risk and milestones, coordinate interfaces between M&E.
