Confident managing the planning application process of major projects in Greater London?If so, you could be well placed to accelerate your development with the support of a well-established firm with an excellent reputation in the market, currently consulting on a variety of major projects in London and nationally on a flexible basis.The team are seeking an Associate Planner (or Senior Planner) to join them on a flexible basis in London. You could advance with close mentorship from successful Planning Directors, and add a few valuable strings to your bow by managing major projects in a greater variety of sectors including; residential, PBSA, Commercial, Data Centre, Energy and Renewable sectors.You could immediately gain greater exposure to an enviable roster of clients, so the opportunity to represent their team, could open many doors for the successful candidate in the future. You would also learn how to best manage and foster new client relationships to become a successful fee earning consultant and further advance your career.The team are keen to promote and reward consultants for strong performances, offering incredibly healthy discretionary performance related bonuses on top of market leading salaries.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the planning application process on major projects in the residential, commercial or industrial sectors.Assisting Directors on a diverse range of major projects.Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.Preparing planning applications and documents.Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.What We\’re Looking For:A Planning Officer, Planning Manager or Senior or Associate Town Planning ConsultantAt least 5 years experience within a town planning roleMRTPI or working towards RTPI APCExcellent research and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.Confidence in a client facing role.What You\’ll Gain in return for your hard work:Comprehensive training and mentorship from seasoned professionals.Opportunities for career progression within a reputable consultancy.Highly Competitive compensation package.Flexible working.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Please apply for this role.
