Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading on the planning application process of major projects.
• Managing clients and key project stakeholders throughout the planning application process.
• Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
• Preparing planning applications and documents.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years professional town planning experience
• Experience managing the planning application process of major projects.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
• Confidence in a client facing role.
• Chartered Member of RPTI
