Are you a commercially minded and design-conscious Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career?
We\’re working with a well-established and respected planning consultancy based in the North West, now seeking an Associate Town Planner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a hands‑on role in meaningful, design‑led projects and contribute directly to shaping the future of planning in the region.
You’ll lead and support a variety of high-quality projects across the UK, including:
- Residential and mixed‑use developments (including apartments, townhouses, and supported living)
- Community and institutional buildings
- Environmentally sensitive and landscape‑led schemes, including Green Belt and protected sites
- Strategic planning advice, site promotion and feasibility work
- Planning applications, appeals, and public consultations
- Collaborative work with architects, developers, and local authorities

About you:
- MRTPI qualified with consultancy experience
