A leading UK regeneration and infrastructure business is seeking an Associate Development Director to support the delivery of large-scale, complex projects from acquisition through to completion. The organisation specialises in transforming brownfield and former industrial land into sustainable, future-focused developments that drive economic growth and deliver positive community and environmental outcomes.

This is a broad, commercially focused role covering acquisition, planning, infrastructure delivery, financial management and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of strategic sites.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-10 years experience in development, regeneration or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial appraisal experience
  • Proven ability to manage consultants and multiple workstreams
  • Experience engaging with local authorities and public sector stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. MRICS) are preferred.
