The role / responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day‑to‑day management of a landmark mixed‑use estate.
  • Assisting with the delivery of first‑class property management services across the portfolio.
  • Supporting service charge budgeting, monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Building strong relationships with occupiers, clients, contractors and service partners.
  • Assisting with contractor management and KPI monitoring across the estate.
  • Supporting compliance, health and safety and operational risk management activities.
  • Assisting with sustainability initiatives and environmental management plans.
  • Supporting reporting, administration and wider operational projects.
  • Working closely with engineering, sustainability and wider management teams.
  • Helping deliver a high standard of occupier and customer experience across the estate.

Skills needed / requirements:

  • Working knowledge of property or facilities management within commercial or mixed‑use environments.
  • Experience supporting service charge budgeting and reporting processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing contractors and service partners.
  • Good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • IOSH qualification is essential.
  • Interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Positive and adaptable approach within a fast‑paced operational environment.
