Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is recruiting a Housing Services Assistant for the Wellesley site in Aldershot. The role supports day-to-day housing operations, tenancy and resident services, and reports to the Housing Services Manager.
Full-time role, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch.
You will be the first point of contact for residents, log enquiries, assist with tenancy processes, attend viewings and site inspections, and support contractor coordination and safeguarding.
