A highly respected regeneration and placemaking consultancy is seeking an Associate Director or Director to join its growing team. Working at the forefront of regeneration, development and placemaking, the business advises local authorities, developers, investors and delivery partners on some of the UK's most significant place‑led projects. This opportunity has arisen following the departure of a well‑established senior team member and offers the chance to inherit existing relationships whilst helping drive the next phase of business growth. The role combines business development, client leadership and project delivery. We are particularly interested in individuals who bring an established network, a commercial mindset and a proven ability to win and lead regeneration, placemaking or masterplanning commissions. You may currently be operating within a regeneration consultancy, development consultancy, planning practice, local authority regeneration team or a related advisory environment.
Key responsibilities:
