We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team. You will be goal-orientated, thrive on challenges, and be passionate about consultative selling while being dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide proposals whilst delivering our brand experience that reflects our vision and provides a top-class sales service.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and manage the sales process.
- Resolve customer pain points/problem solve.
- Manage the development of signage strategies and projects to a point where these can be handed over for order processing.
- Raise accurate and timely paperwork for sales order processing, ensuring all requirements are captured and all systems followed.
- Create, build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Visit clients or sites for meetings and surveys as required.
- Build up product knowledge.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
- Pursue business development activities that align with the overall business goals which include reaching out to potential clients through emails, cold/warm calling and building business relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a sales consultancy role in B2B environment or similar.
- Must be a proactive thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop ideas to deliver improvements.
- Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings.
- Experience using CRM software, Salesforce or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to develop good internal and external business relationships.
