ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. Working closely with the Sales Team Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, building client relationships, and using your creative thinking to problem solve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and establish potential business opportunities
- Identifying appropriate people (influencers and decision makers)
- Using various sales techniques to book appointments for our Sales Consultants
- Overcoming potential objections or resistance gathering key information
- Managing all activity within the CRM system, capturing key details and using the CRM to progress timely call backs and follow ups
- Building up product and industry knowledge
- Creating trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Participating in industry or promotional events to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with our Marketing team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a business development executive, sales executive, telesales specialist, or a relevant role ideally in a B2B environment
- Self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
- Goal-orientated and thrive on challenges
- Confident communication style, able to make calls in open office environment
- Use of sales tools and CRM software
