The Role
As a ServiceNow Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions that support large-scale digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the platform is robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs—while also supporting and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practice across the team
- Embed secure coding standards and ensure platform integrity
