Reporting into the senior security leadership team, you'll play a strategic role in shaping security architecture, driving secure-by-design principles, influencing technology decisions, and ensuring security remains embedded throughout the entire technology lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Principal Security Architect & Engineering Lead, you will
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture strategies
- Establish security principles, standards, frameworks and controls across cloud, on-premise and third-party environments
- Provide technical governance and security oversight for major transformation initiatives
- Ensure security requirements are built into solutions from the earliest design stages
- Champion secure-by-design methodologies across development and delivery teams
- Drive the adoption of modern Dev Sec Ops practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Lead technical security risk assessments and design assurance activities
- Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering and architecture teams to implement robust security capabilities
- Support the secure integration of cloud platforms, Saa S solutions and third-party services
- Contribute to cyber incident response and resilience strategies through effective security architecture
