Information Security Manager to play a key role in shaping and strengthening its security and risk management capability.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive security strategy, oversee governance frameworks, influence major technology projects, and ensure information security remains a business enabler rather than a barrier.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the development and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Embedding security, resilience and compliance requirements into projects and business change initiatives
- Managing information security policies, standards and governance documentation
- Conducting supplier and third-party security assurance activities
- Working closely with Risk and Compliance teams to identify and mitigate security risks
- Producing security reporting, metrics and executive-level management information
- Driving security awareness programmes and promoting a positive security culture
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across both technology and business functions

- Proven experience leading Information Security initiatives within a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- NCSC guidance
- Information Security Governance
Experience with

- Operational resilience frameworks
- Security policy development
- Cloud and emerging technology risks, including AI
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Professional certifications such as
- CISSP
- CISM
- CISA
- Or equivalent
