Coba Education is working in partnership with a progressive secondary school in Northampton to recruit talented and driven Inclusion Support Practitioners (ISPs) to join their secondary phase team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about inspiring young people and enhancing curriculum delivery. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in areas aligned to your skills, interests, and aspirations, while making a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.

We are particularly keen to hear from ISPs who would like to work within the school's core curriculum areas, supporting teaching and learning as part of the subject teams:

  • Maths

  • Science

As a Curriculum ISP, you will work alongside subject specialists to support lesson delivery, lead small‐group interventions, and help ensure pupils make accelerated progress. You will play an active role in supporting students to build confidence, develop key skills, and achieve success throughout their secondary education and beyond.

For those with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), there are also opportunities to work within the school's SEND team, supporting identified learners including those with EHCPs. In this role, you will:
