Coba Education is working closely with a secondary school in Bedford to recruit a qualified Science Teacher for a full-time position, starting after Easter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed teacher to join a supportive school and deliver high-quality Science teaching across the secondary age range.
The role:
- Full-time teaching position within a secondary school Science department
- Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Marking, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
- Contributing positively to the wider school community
The successful candidate must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Have experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school
- Be confident teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to raising attainment
