Overview

Coba Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Rugby and the surrounding areas. We are seeking adaptable individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.

This role offers flexible working opportunities with a mix of daily cover, short-term placements, and long-term teaching assignments across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Follow school policies and adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • Maintain positive behaviour management and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to a positive school atmosphere
  • Mark and assess pupils work when required (depending on assignment length)
  • Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through Coba Education)
  • Flexibility to travel to various schools across Rugby and nearby areas
