Overview
Coba Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Rugby and the surrounding areas. We are seeking adaptable individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.
This role offers flexible working opportunities with a mix of daily cover, short-term placements, and long-term teaching assignments across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
- Follow school policies and adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- Maintain positive behaviour management and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to a positive school atmosphere
- Mark and assess pupils work when required (depending on assignment length)
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through Coba Education)
- Flexibility to travel to various schools across Rugby and nearby areas
