Site Supervisor Peterborough PE3 Full Time | Long Term Start ASAP Site Supervisor Required One of our SEN Schools is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caretaker, facilities professional, or maintenance operative who takes pride in providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, maintenance and security of the school site. Key Responsibilities Opening and securing the school premises each day Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are clean, safe and well maintained Conducting health and safety checks and reporting any concerns Managing contractors and supporting site-related projects Monitoring site security, alarms and access arrangements Assisting with room setups for school events and activities Supporting compliance with health and safety regulations The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, facilities, maintenance or estates role Good practical maintenance and DIY skills Knowledge of health and safety procedures Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently and use initiative Strong communication skills and a professional approach A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Join Coba Education?
