Coba Education is seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire. This role offers flexible opportunities including temporary placements of varying lengths, from day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Encourage student participation in performance, composition, and listening activities.
  • Support the development of students’ musical knowledge, creativity, and confidence.
  • Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
  • Follow school policies and maintain effective classroom management.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Music at secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for music education and student engagement.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
