Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
- Provide 1-1 or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Supervise students in and around the classroom.
- Help maintain classroom discipline, promoting a respectful atmosphere.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Previous experience working in schools (beneficial but not essential)
- Calm and adaptable approach to dealing with any changes in the classroom
- Previous experience of working with SEN children advantageous
