Coba Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a vibrant Early Years Centre in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary position available immediately, continuing until the end of the current term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports early development.
- Assess, track, and report on pupils' progress in accordance with national standards.
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff, teaching assistants, and parents to support children’s learning and well-being.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom and manage behaviour in a positive and effective way.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Proven experience teaching within the EYFS setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS Framework and best practices in early years education
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Coba Education)
