Coba Education have been approached to recruit an EYFS Teacher on a full-time basis from after the October half term or January 2026. The role will involve some planning and observation. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate effective management and leadership skills. This role involves fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their safety and development while promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of children. * Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child\’s progress and well-being. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices. * Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments. * Supervise children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety at all times. * Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends. Requirements * Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. * A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. * Strong management and leadership abilities to guide students effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. * Experience in nursery settings is advantageous. * A valid driving licence may be required for transportation purposes related to school activities. * A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development.
