Coba Education have been approached to recruit an EYFS Teacher on a full-time basis from after the October half term or January 2026. The role will involve some planning and observation. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate effective management and leadership skills. This role involves fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their safety and development while promoting a love for learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child\’s progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Supervise children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
  • Strong management and leadership abilities to guide students effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in nursery settings is advantageous.
  • A valid driving licence may be required for transportation purposes related to school activities.
