We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security & Compliance Officer to join our IT Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of information security, cyber security and compliance activities across the Group, helping to protect our systems, data and operations while ensuring we meet customer, legal and industry requirements.
The role offers a varied workload, including vulnerability management, risk assessments, GDPR compliance, security awareness training, supplier assurance, audits and supporting our ongoing compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, TISAX and Cyber Essentials Plus.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in cyber security, information security and compliance.
- Is analytical, methodical and highly organised.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Is confident managing multiple priorities and driving improvements.
Experience of information security standards, risk management, GDPR, auditing or compliance activities would be advantageous, although training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-day activities may include:
- Monitoring security alerts, vulnerabilities and patching activities.
- Supporting cyber security awareness and phishing simulation programmes.
- Managing access reviews and security audits.
- Supporting GDPR compliance and data protection activities.
- Working with security partners, suppliers and customers on compliance requirements.
- Investigating security risks and recommending improvements.
- Producing reports and dashboards for management and leadership teams.
Employment Type:Full Time
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:00 Friday – 30 minutes lunch break.
