We’re looking for a Site & Yard Operative to join our team in Fleckney. This is a hands‑on role that plays an important part in keeping our site running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the external yard and storage areas, supporting waste and recycling activities, assisting with the movement of materials around the site, and helping to ensure our facilities are presented to a high standard at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining the yard and external storage areas to a high standard
  • Managing waste and recycling areas, including site compactors
  • Keeping the front of the site and landscaped areas clean, tidy and presentable
  • Assisting with the movement of materials and equipment across site
  • Supporting housekeeping initiatives and maintaining site safety standards
  • Working closely with Warehouse, Production and Engineering teams to support day‑to‑day operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial or yard environment
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety requirements
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – start and finish times are flexible
