Our ideal candidate will directly support the Quality Manager and all other quality colleagues in any required day to day quality related activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and that all matters relevant to the department are sufficiently dealt with to provide a professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers.
The candidate should be self-motivated with the drive to achieve results, able to work to demanding timescales and on their own initiative without supervision. They must be consistent, persistent, accurate, and articulate with attention to detail whilst maintaining quality and standards. Enjoying problem solving and challenges while always remaining professional is essential. Good communication skills are necessary, being able to communicate at all levels. The candidate should also be computer literate in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that COBA continually improves its operating systems and performance, constantly meeting and exceeding the expectations of the organisation's customers’ requirements.
- Applied, technical, and industrial quality-oriented processing concerns the application of research, problem solving, and improvement to manufacturing and other processes.
- Advanced product quality planning (APQP) and plan, do, check, act methodologies are necessary to ensure confidence in the manufacturing process and its outputs.
