Create and develop complex visual themes, executing them using the latest standards and with the utmost attention to detail. Guide and develop the in-house design team to ensure that marketing material reflects the brand's high standards at all times.
Overview of the Role
Our Junior Creative Designer will play a pivotal role in supporting the design team and contributing creative solutions across various projects. As an entry-level position, this role provides an ideal foundation for recent graduates or those early in their design careers to learn, grow, and develop their professional portfolio. You will collaborate with our Marketing Executive, Marketing Director and cross-functional stakeholders to produce engaging visuals that align with the company’s brand, values, and objectives. You will also be responsible for working with the Marketing Executive to engage in photography, videography, and printing projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and execution of design projects, including but not limited to digital, print, and multimedia assets.
- Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and more.
- Assist in the preparation of files for production, ensuring all assets meet required technical specifications and brand standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team while actively participating in discussions and critiques.
- Support the team in photo editing, retouching, and manipulation to ensure visual consistency and quality across all media.
- Maintain an organised archive of design files, assets, templates, and resources, ensuring all work is backed up and accessible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design skills and add value to the team.
- Participate in client meetings or internal briefings to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Assist with quality assurance checks, proofreading, and ensuring the accuracy of designs before delivery or publication.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and other departments as needed to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products or campaigns.

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:00 Friday
