We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing transport operation in Redditch. This is a flexible role that can initially be part-time, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Booking in drivers and coordinating daily transport activities
  • Maintaining driver and vehicle compliance records
  • General administration duties and data entry
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with driver and customer enquiries
  • Updating internal systems and transport documentation
  • Supporting the transport and logistics team with day-to-day operations
  • Filing, record keeping and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable speaking with drivers, customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Hours

Flexible working hours available. Part-time initially with the potential to become full-time, Monday to Friday.
