Coats Recruitment is working with a well-established IT support business based in Studley, Warwickshire, who are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position as the role develops.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a wide range of clients, so it would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving and working across different environments, providing both remote and on-site IT support.
Key responsibilities
- Providing IT helpdesk support to a broad client base
- Supporting and managing approximately 1200 business accounts
- Administering Microsoft 365 environments (user management, basic admin and troubleshooting)
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Delivering practical IT solutions to clients in a clear and efficient way
- Attending client sites for on-site support when required
- Working across both office-based and field-based support
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (admin experience preferred)
- Good understanding of IT hardware and general troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Confident communicating with a range of clients
- Full UK driving licence is essential
