The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are looking to appoint a caring, child centred 1:1 learning support assistant in KS2. This role would ideally suit someone who has experience with children who have additional needs. This is a fixed term position based on funding until July 2027. Depending on SEND needs within the school, this role may become permanent.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the class teacher, other teaching assistants within the class, SENCo, Parents and sometimes professionals from external agencies. At times, you will be helping to adapt the curriculum for the pupil or working on a bespoke curriculum planned by the class teacher.

This role also includes a 30 minute lunchtime duty. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
