Project Engineer

Project Engineer Location: Cambridge Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) Are you a driven engineer with a passion for improvement and innovation? Join a leading, family-run medical equipment manufacturer as we expand our fast-growing R&D hub in Cambridge. The Role As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing engineering projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing key suppliers and ensuring quality standards * Driving process improvements across engineering and manufacturing * Supporting the implementation of new technologies and systems About You We’re looking for someone with a hands-on, proactive attitude and the following: * An engineering or technical background – ideally HNC/Degree qualified * Experience managing external suppliers * A track record of delivering improvements in engineering or manufacturing * A willingness to travel when needed * A full driving licence (due to the site’s location) * Eligibility to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship Why Join Us?
