The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to take full ownership of engineering and manufacturing projects from concept through to completion. You will lead client projects end-to-end, beginning with initial client engagement, progressing through design and manufacture, and culminating in final installation and handover. This is a highly autonomous role offering genuine responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact within a growing business.

The Role
- Manage full lifecycle engineering and manufacturing projects
- Liaise directly with clients from initial enquiry through to installation
- Oversee design, production, and delivery stages
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Travel to client sites as required
The Candidate
- A mechanical engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree)
- Proven experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects from start to finish
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- The right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available)
