Mechanical Design Engineer

Role:

– Position: Mechanical Design Engineer (potential for two hires)

– Location: Watton, Norfolk

– Salary: 30,000 to 55,000 depending on experience

– Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

– Enjoy an early finish at 12:30 pm on Fridays!

What We Seek:

1. Ideally, a degree in Mechanical Discipline
2. Proficiency in machinery design OR sheet metal design preferred
3. Working experience in a hazardous sector desirable (Oil & Gas / Chemicals etc)
4. Experience in DFM and creating BOM in the design phase
5. Familiarity with Inventor is a plus; training available

Requirements:

1. Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
2. Due to site location, drivers with personal vehicles preferred
