Completed an electrical apprenticeship but realised you enjoy the design/CAD side more than installation work? We’re working with a specialist engineering manufacturer in Great Yarmouth looking to hire a Junior Electrical CAD Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is motivated, eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career within electrical design and engineering. What you’ll be doing:
- Learning how to produce electrical CAD drawings and schematics
- Supporting experienced engineers on live engineering projects
- Assisting with electrical design documentation and layouts
- Developing your understanding of electrical systems and design standards
- Working closely with the wider engineering and manufacturing teams
- Building long-term CAD and design engineering skills
