The Role
- Design and develop bespoke mechanical systems using SolidWorks
- Support R&D activities, including prototyping, testing, and product improvement
- Work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production
- Collaborate with internal teams, including electronics and production
- Get hands-on with builds, testing, and problem-solving on the shop floor
- Support continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team
The Candidate
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline)
- Experience using SolidWorks (academic or industry)
- A passion for design, development, and hands-on engineering
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ideally some understanding of electromechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
