The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Production Technician to support our growing manufacturing operations. This permanent role offers structured training, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work alongside skilled teams on the shop floor, applying your mechanical knowledge and production experience to help maintain efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support production and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Apply your mechanical skills to operate and maintain production equipment.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures rigorously.
- Participate in shift work on a 2-week rotation covering Early, Evening, and Night shifts.
- Take advantage of training and development programs to grow your technical expertise.
What You’ll Need:
- Formal engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent).
- Competent mechanical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Some experience or interest in production/manufacturing; junior technicians encouraged to apply.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work shifts, including Early, Evening, and Night rotations.
