The Opportunity
Were seeking aSales Managerto join our clients dynamic sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, youll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring clients receive accurate and technically sound proposals.
This is ahybrid role, with time spent at the head office and the flexibility to work from home. Some domestic or international travel may be required.
What Youll Be Doing
- Work closely with the Head of Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver accurate, technically valid bids.
- Develop and grow key accounts to achieve increased sales year-on-year through improved profit margins and targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Submit proposals and clarifications on time, ensuring all supporting technical and commercial information is included.
- Manage contracts, including commercial negotiations for new contracts and contract variations.
- Identify, manage, and recommend agents, as well as maintain or generate agreements.
- Review and comment on contract terms and conditions and support the vendor registration process.
- Manage and update the CRM system, analyse sales data, and contribute to reports and forecasts.
- Participate in client meetings, internal handovers, kick-offs, and other customer-related interfaces, both virtually and in-person.
What Youll Need
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience inSales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in market analysis, sales strategy development, and reporting.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentationabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience selling to theOil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries.
- Willingness to travel as required.
