Were hiring multipleR&D Techniciansto join a growing Product Development team working on innovative, life-changing equipment. You wont be stuck behind a deskthis is a hands-on workshop-based role where youll help bring ideas to life through prototyping and pre-manufacture development.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Turn ideas into reality– take sketches and CAD drawings and bring them to life by building full-scale mechanical prototypes from the ground up.
  • Be hands-on from day one: cut, weld, machine, assemble, and fine-tune functional prototypes using a wide range of workshop tools and equipment.
  • Use SolidWorks to design parts and assemblies, then fabricate them in-house –youll be the one making what you model.
  • Work closely with engineers to iterate designs quickly, testing concepts and refining mechanical solutions in real time.
  • Support product testing, compliance, and validation –everything from first concept to pre-manufacture readiness.
