Our client - A well-established international manufacturer - is seeking Production Operators to join their team at a site based in Framlingham, Suffolk. This is a permanent, full-time role working on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Monday to Friday), with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Set up and clean equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality
  • Support general production activities

Full training is provided, and over time you'll develop into a skilled production operator.

About You:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations
  • Any Mechanical qualification would be desirable
  • A strong team player with good attention to detail
  • Own transport essential due to location
