Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team:

  • Attractive hourly rates + Penalty rates on overtime
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday roster, 7am start
  • Truganina Location

As a Coates Trades Assistant at our Portables branch, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and inspection tasks of portable building shells including repairs, maintenance and modifications
  • Support other workshop functions, plumbers and electricians to enhance a team focus on equipment repairs and more complex tasks
  • Check and control building shells (inbound and outbound) as it comes in and out of the yard inclusive of the spotting function
  • Assist in keeping workshop, yard and service area clean, tidy and safe

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • This role is perfect if you are mechanically minded and enjoy fixing equipment:
  • Current drivers license is essential (forklift high risk license will be highly regarded)
  • Intermediate computer skills, time management and organisational skills
  • Be physically fit and knowledgeable about safety standards
  • Familiarisation with Take 5’s and JSEA’s
