We are looking for a full-time associate at our practice in Rhyl, however, are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate(s). Our Rhyl practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive experience throughout every stage of the patient journey. Our team has grown over the last 12 months to reflect this ethos, and we now have a friendly, proactive team who always strive for the best.
Our Rhyl practicewill be going through a refurbishment to match thenew technology, computers, and instrumentswe have already invested in. We have four surgeries and see both Private and NHS patients. We also have our own bespoke dental care plans and plenty of opportunities for private work.
You would be taking over an existing list of NHS patients and would have a full diary of patients from day one. Our practice has taken over from a large corporate to include all previous patients.
We have four dental practices within our group, all situated in North Wales. As a family-led business, we have set up an excellent network of dentists, nurses and practice managers who can support each other and collaborate in their practice. Within the group, we can offer dental implants, complex root canal treatment, full-mouth smile designs/cosmetic dentistry, surgical extractions, and clear aligner as well as orthodontic treatments.
Due to NHS Wales contract reform, successful applicants will NOT have UDA targets, benefitting instead from a fixed hourly rate equivalent to that of high-value UDA targets in England. This will enable each dentist to work at their own pace, focussing on quality instead of quantity. We can also offer as much or little clinical support and mentorship as desired.
We have the latest dental technology to help you provide the highest level of care to our patients, including digital radiographs, intraoral cameras in every surgery, access to 3D printers, and an intraoral 3D scanner.
We also have dental laboratories within our group of practices, offering both crowns/bridges as well as dentures and other removable prosthetics. Through the lab we can offer very high-quality work, technical and clinical support, and advice to help you provide the best possible outcomes to your patients. The crown and bridge lab is set up for complete digital workflows and we undertake lots of DSD. The technicians can undertake shade matching for you and are on hand every day for help with the technical side of complex cases. We have several 3D printers in the lab and can mill zirconia in house.
We can also provide VISA sponsorship to candidates who need it.
