Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Coastr, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and strengthening our domestic and global market presence. You will be responsible for building a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, converting prospects into customers, and
ensuring long-term revenue growth from existing client relationships.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the
ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that create
measurable value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business & Pipeline Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Coastr\βs domestic and global footprint.

Generate leads and acquire new customers through outbound outreach, inbound engagement, and referral opportunities via Coastr\βs partner ecosystem.

Maintain and follow the company\βs sales processes to ensure a robust and effective sales funnel with accurate pipeline management and reporting.

Represent Coastr in social media initiatives, collaborations, and content that support and aid the sales process.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and untapped opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close new customer contracts to establish long-term partnerships.
