Coastline Private Wealth is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager. We have been providing quality advice for over a decade and know that finding the right person, with the right attitude is critical for continuing to provide great outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Client Services – responsible for a small number of clients, answering questions on the phone or email, scheduling appointments and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Implementation – preparing and lodging application forms with various product providers. Ensuring changes are implemented accurately and in a timely fashion is critical to delivering advice and positive outcomes for clients.
  • Office Administration – general scanning, binding and photocopying where required.
  • CRM Management – adding/updating client information, following and updating workflow tasks in our client management system (Xplan) and Dropbox.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Competitive salary + additional bonus + 12% super.
  • 5 weeks annual leave.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Ongoing support provided.

  • Self-motivated: you take the initiative and able to problem solve. You can multi-task and prioritise your work.
  • Technology is your friend: You are highly competent at Office 365 – including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Ideally have used Xplan.
Additional information

Directors’ approach: You should take comfort with the knowledge that the Directors of the business will not ask you to do something they wouldn’t do themselves.
