We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director of Development on a fixed term 12 month contract. In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day support - managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion. You will be the first point of contact for the directorate, building strong relationships across Coastline and with external partners, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You will also get involved in wider activities, including supporting events such as scheme open days, assisting with customer communication and complaints handling, maintaining effective systems, and working closely with other PAs to ensure great team coverage. No two days will be the same and your ability to stay calm, organised and positive will make all the difference. Responsibilities:- Provide essential day-to-day support to the Director of Development, including diary management, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Be the first point of contact for the directorate and build strong relationships across Coastline and with external partners.
- Support wider activities and events, including scheme open days, and assist with customer communication and complaints handling.
- Maintain effective systems and work closely with other PAs to ensure great team coverage.
- Contribute to a smooth running of operations behind the scenes.
- Discretion, professionalism and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- A satisfactory basic DBS check is required.
