Due to the growth of the team, we are looking for a Junior IT 1st Line Support Engineer to join Coastline's friendly neighbourhood IT Department. Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being the calm, capable first point of contact when IT issues arise? If so, we would like to hear from you.
You will be first line IT support for all internal customers and the IT help desk, administer the new user process and provide guidance to users. You will assist in project roll outs, back up procedures and provide general office administration.
