We have an exciting opportunity to join Coastline as a senior member of our Finance team, supporting the organisation to deliver strong financial leadership and long‑term sustainability. In this role, you will lead the Group's financial planning, treasury and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial information is available to support strategic decision‑making and that funding, cashflow and regulatory requirements are effectively managed.

  • Oversee key finance functions, support development and growth activity, and help build a high‑performing, data‑driven finance team.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance, senior leaders and external partners including funders and regulators.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant with experience of financial planning and treasury management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
