The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing first-point resolution for our valued customers and stakeholders. This role offers a real insight into each aspect of Coastline, with each day bringing unique challenges and experiences. We are recruiting two Customer Service Advisor positions on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service roles (preferably within a similar industry) and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the capacity to handle urgent situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and first-point resolution.
- Handle a high volume of telephone calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Utilise IT systems, Microsoft applications, digital information tools, social media and other relevant systems.
- Resolve customer enquiries promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Proficiency with IT, Microsoft applications, digital information, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
