Salary: Circa £30,000 inclusive of on call payments
Hours: 37 hours per week
Type: Permanent, Full time
Working with a fantastic team of other operatives, you will carry out all activities associated with internal and external maintenance on our range of Coastline properties.
Responsibilities
- The successful applicant will have a sound level of education and ideally hold a relevant trade qualification.
- Hold a CSCS card (required to obtain once in role if not previously held).
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment and within a team.
- Confident using the plant and equipment required for the job.
- A good understanding of health and safety at work would be advantageous.
- This role also requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check.
Qualifications and Requirements
