We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our friendly People and Culture team, providing effective, professional HR advice and support to managers and colleagues at Coastline on a range of day-to-day HR queries. You will have experience of working in a busy HR team or similar and high-quality customer service, dealing with queries and providing advice. You will have knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. It would be an advantage to have the CIPD Level 3 or above qualification. You will need a full driving licence or the ability to travel across the West Cornwall area to our various sites and offices.
